Do any of you happen to have a Zune?

I'm guessing no which is a shame. It's a mp3 player, like an Ipod but without the snazzy commercials and white headphones. It's made by Microsoft but it's strangely un-microsoft as in it works really well, and every so often they release free new software for it. Once in a while when I hook it up to my computer to sync up some new songs and podcasts, it's all BLAMO!! New functionality on my zune, for free. It now does that thing where while if you're listening to the radio on it and like the song, you hit a button and it tells you what it is and lets you buy it. They also added texas hold'em poker so I can practice taking everyone's monies.

Did I mention it has a gorgeous screen? I think only the ipod touch looks better. And I prefer the controls. Does anyone else hate the ipod areola controller? You keep running your finger around it in a circle but never leave feeling satisfied.

The reason I ask is there's great music sharing stuff you can do with other people who have Zunes. You can share music with each other, either online or directly with their built in wifi. We could be hanging out not talking to each other, and I could be all "hey, you know how I keep butchering that red hot chili peppers song "Under the Bridge" in rock band? Well here's what it's supposed to sound like." And then the music bits would fly through the wifi tubes and land in your zune, and you'd be all "damn, you need voice lessons yo."

Even if you don't have a Zune, the zune music player is great. Love it compared to itunes. Microsoft needs to have their windows mobile (smartphone) developers talk to their Zune developers so I'm not forced to get an iphone in the future. I'd really like to continue my pointless Apple boycott...

My posting is extra rambly and pointless lately due to that kind of delirious sleep deprived state. I blame the new kitten who's favorite time to play is always. It's hard to get rested when you're constantly being woken up by little teeth biting you. And you want to get all mad, but when you look at him he's all "What? you has a flavor."

Yo yo, it's a presidential election year if you haven't noticed. I'll keep my views on the candidates to myself (other than Palin is fucking retarded) and request that everyone go vote when the time comes.

You can check your voter registration status online. The texas deadline is this Saturday for all y'all sporting cowboy hats riding in your F-950s that run on the blood of babies. YEE-HAW!

Saw this the other night and lazyJ reminded me of it this morning. Lykke Li's song "Little Bit" is featured in the latest Victoria's Secret ad. Lykke Li + boobs are two (three?) of my favorite things. Add in some rock band and I'd probably go into a permanent seizure.

Quick post, trying to be productive and I've been sitting on this one for a while. Saw the premiere of Zack & Miri Make a Porno last week and it was AWESOME!! It comes out 10/31/08 and it's worth a watch especially if you're a Kevin Smith fan. Speaking of Kevin Smith, he was there in person and talked to the audience before and after the movie. The guy is just plain hilarious.

Left out that after the movie there was the Air Sex World championships. Only stayed for half, but did get to see a girl fellate half a dozen air cocks.

Gabe sent me a link this morning. At first I was just amused by the site name, Mexican Muffin Tops. Mildly insulting, but it seems like the site owner has a fetish which maybe makes it better. But while I'm looking at their latest post, I notice those eyes look a little too familiar. Gabely familiar.
